I am proud to practice as a personal injury attorney in Arizona. With over two decades of legal experience, my career is grounded in practical knowledge and a deep understanding of how insurance companies operate. Before attending law school, I worked for several years as a claims adjuster, handling both bodily injury and property damage claims. That experience gave me a firsthand look at how carriers evaluate, delay, and deny claims—insight I now use to aggressively advocate for injury victims.
One thing became clear early in my career: insurance companies are not in the business of paying claims—they’re in the business of protecting profits. It’s common for carriers to deny valid claims at the outset, hoping to discourage people from seeking medical care or pursuing compensation. I’ve seen it from the inside, and I know how to fight back.
I earned my Bachelor of Science in Applied Science from Youngstown State University in Youngstown, Ohio. I obtained my Juris Doctor from Cooley Law School in Lansing, Michigan, in 2002 and was admitted to the State Bar of Arizona in 2003.
Throughout my legal career, I’ve represented clients on both sides of personal injury litigation—starting as defense counsel for insurance companies, and later, and more meaningfully, as an advocate for injured individuals and their families. I have taken numerous cases to trial and secured favorable verdicts for my clients, and I approach every case with the mindset that I’m willing—and ready—to go the distance when insurers refuse to do the right thing.
In addition to civil practice, I was formally appointed as a Special Deputy County Attorney in Maricopa County under Rule 38(e) of the Arizona Supreme Court, with authority to prosecute criminal cases on behalf of the State. That role provided valuable courtroom experience and reinforced my commitment to pursuing justice with focus and integrity.
Today, my practice is dedicated to helping injury victims and their families recover the compensation they deserve. I’ve handled a broad range of personal injury cases including:
- Car Accidents
- Truck Accidents
- Motorcycle Accidents
- Uber/Lyft Accidents
- Bicycle Accidents
- Dog Bites
- Slip and Fall
- Nursing Home Abuse
- Wrongful Death
When I’m not advocating for clients, I enjoy staying active and spending time with friends, family and my two dogs.
